For changing the original screensaver to one with your company's logo, you need to make a screensaver with your company logo.. and then install the same on your pcyou can check out trial version of one of these screen-saver makers from here

http://www.easy-screensaver-maker.com/

There are many such software available, but this one should be sufficient for you

P.S.: Never touch or mess with regedit unless you know fully well what you are doing.. otherwise you might cause your O/S to hang
Go to Control Panel-%26gt;Display

Select Screen Saver Tab.

Select new screen saver from the combo box. You can change other settings too.
You need to get a Software which allows you to make a SCR file. SCR is screen saver file. Then you need to copy the SCR file to Windows Folder.

Now right click on desktop and select Properties select screen savers tab and select the screen saver you have created.

Still need some clarification please get back to me.
Why not just put some photos of your company logo into your ';My Documents %26gt; My Pictures'; and select ';My Picture Slideshow.'; and it will be used as your screensaver...

Easy innit!
Right click on your desk top screen, then left click ';properties'; then left click ';screen saver'; on one of the taps you will see, after that you can choose a new one in the list or you can download from the net or maybe install the one from your firm and then use that.
