i recently somehow got the program ';Bugs'; into my computer which was really hard to find and i had to delete it in safe mode. it changed me dekstop background and my screensaver. it just so happens that now when i right-click and go to ';properties'; on the desktop those two tabs, desktop and screensaver, are missing. but appearance, settings, and themes are still there. please help!
