How can i completely get rid of Xp antivirus 08'?

a few days ago i got Xp antivirus again, without choice. last time i got this i used a free spyware program and i got rid of it. Now its back. My program got rid of it, or it seemed. the shortcut was deleted and no more pop-ups, however I got a wallpaper saying it was needed to be cleaned (even though its fake) and i got a fake bluescreen screensaver that shows up saying there was a serious error (I eventually found out it was Xp antivirus). The first time i got it, i lost the ability to change my background %26amp; screensaver. At first i found a windows tweak that could restore it (and it did). however i noticed that when i restarted my pc the next morning, it was back. it seems that whenever the wallpaper was on my pc ran slower. Now ever time i restart my pc i get it again and again, its running alot slower (escpeicially the internet) than 3 days ago. And one of my online games is starting to run much slower than usual. what can i do to get rid of this annoying program, officialy. thanks for the feedback!How can i completely get rid of Xp antivirus 08'?
It is a rogue anti-spyware program similar to the well known XP Antivirus rogue application.

Damn, that is a TROJAN, my sister in-law got it. You cannot delete it, you need a antivirus program, the program is located in ';C:\Program Files';, she got it out with that piece of s***, free Avast. So if Avast could do it, almost any antivirus could. Good luck, move quick!

WHO ARE THE IMBECILES WHO DOWN RATED MY ANSWER? What I wrote it's a true thing, it happened few days ago.
Get a copy of Spyware Doctor asap.

Works like a charm.
Malwarebytes' free program at this link.

After you install, start the program and do an update.

Exit the program.

Reboot to ';Safe Mode';

Run the scanner and delete anything it finds.

If it tells you to reboot to delete the files...do so.

Worked for me.
