In registry settings how do you hide screensaver password option to prevent others from disabling it?

I have service pack 2, Windows XP can you give me detailed instructions on how to make the screensaver password unavailable / prevent someone to change my settings.In registry settings how do you hide screensaver password option to prevent others from disabling it?

try to click on the desktop with the right button and select properties then go to screensaver and uncheck On resume, display walcome screen. is that what u want?
