When i open up control panel to custiomize the screensaver and wallpaper i go to do those actions and when i click on one of the two it says that the administrator has blocked that from happening i am the only administrator on there and I have no idea how that happened please help thanks abunch windows vista why does it say that i cant change thescreen-saverr and wallpaper cause of the administrator?
yes i have heard of this vista has a secret admin but i really dont understand y its there its hidden anyway u will have to do sum research oh and did u just get this computer
