how can i set for all pc in my network to use one screensver and they cannot change it and when i setup the screensaver i dont have to go move from one pc to other just configure from the administrator pc? my administrator pc using windows 2000 server and the client pc use windows xp mostlyNetwork screensaver?

Its kind of obnoxious for you to force everyone into looking at your screensaver aint it?
i don't believe there is a way to set all screen savers on a network.
you need to restrict GP to not allow access to display properties and manually set the screen saver on each machine
