I tried everything like clicking the apple sign on the tab and clicking the system preferences, clicking on desktop and screensaver but when I click the desktop and screensaver, nothing happens, i click it alot of times. What should I do?How to change wallpaper on new apple mac laptop?
Are you signed in as Admin? You should be able to go to:
Apple Logo-%26gt;System Preferences-%26gt;Desktop %26amp; Screen Saver, then click on the Desktop tab at the top.
That SHOULD take you to the ';choose your desktop'; screen. If not you might not be signed on as Admin and whoever does have Admin must have blocked it. Or, if you are Admin, you may just have locked that option - is there a small padlock at the bottom left of the Preference screen? If it's locked click on it, put in your Admin password, and then change the wallpaper.
