Can you set a picture you took as your screensaver on a sidekick 2008? because I knew how to do it w/ my sidekick 3, but not on this phone. Is it possibe? and how do you do it?Can you change the screen saver on a sidekick 2008?
From what I've read, it's not possible. I've even tried it myself. What I do is I go the free themes sites like sk08themes.com and make my own using pics i've taken. :)Can you change the screen saver on a sidekick 2008?
By screen saver are you referring to the theme or the key guard?
1.) theme - www.sk08themes.com, www.sklxthemes.com will work perfect as well for your SK08. You can easily download free themes at those two sites.
2.) key guard - Go to: MENU - SETTINGS - KEY GUARD %26amp; SECURITY. from there you will have several options. What's already automatically highlighted will be a teensy weensy version of what your phone looks like when it goes into the key guard. Click on the trackball, and from there you will either be able to keep what you already have as your key guard, or you'll have the option to choose from the picture folder on your phone. You'll also be able to customize a display message :)
