How do i get my laptop to stay on, with a screensaver, instead of automatically going on stand by?

ok so i have a Toshiba laptop. and i want it to stay on all the time. but instead of just staying on, with a screensaver, it just automatically goes to stand by, when i dont use it for a while. how would i change that? i want it on all the time, with a screensaver. [when i dont use it in a while] thanks.How do i get my laptop to stay on, with a screensaver, instead of automatically going on stand by?

If it asks you to pick a category, pick Performance and Maintenance and then click on Power Options. Else you if you see power option open that.

%26gt;There you will see option to change settings as to when it should go on standby on Battery or when it is powered. Change it accordingly.

To select a screensaver, right click on the desktop and click properties. Select the screensaver tab and select your screensaver. Start, Control panels, Power options.

Then set screen saver time in Display .
Try Control Panel then Power Options
