When I click on my desktop, and then properties.... I do not have a desktop tab. I only have Theme, screensaver, appearance and setting tabs. I can not change my wallpaper without a tab.How do I add the desktop tab to change my wallpaper?

What version of Windows are you using? On Vista, it reads: Desktop Background........good luck!
