How do I change my screen saver?!?!?

I have a black flatscreen Gateway and I cant figure out how to change my screen saver. Like if you sign out of a user and go to the page that has all of the users listed if you leave it alone then the screen saver will come and it wont show when you log on to your own user

and i know the difference between a wallpaper and a screen saver.

if you leave the computer alone for the amount of time it takes for the screensaver to show it wont show and i want the screen saver to be a pic of Jackson Rathbone.How do I change my screen saver?!?!?
1 - Right button on mouse

2 - Go to the bottom one Personalize

3 - Go to Desktop Backround

4 - There you go!
