I need help with my screensaver password?

I click the thing that says password protect in the screensaver options but when i try it out all you have to do is click ok and it opens up so how do i change it ...it doesnt even ask me what i want for a passwordI need help with my screensaver password?

Your screen saver password is the same as your logon password. If you do not use a password to log on, you cannot set a screen saver password.

I am having a problem with my screensaver, help?

Yesterday I noticed my screensaver stopped working. I know how to turn it on, set the time and the saver itself but it won't start. I changed the time to 2 minutes just for trying different options like running antivirus, spyware remover, etc...

GO to properties and try viewing the preview screensaver. If that doesn't work, then you have a real problem. If it does work, try shortening it to 30 secs. If that doesn't work, see if there is any backround programs that are stopping your screensaver from working. Otherwise, good luck!I am having a problem with my screensaver, help?
The screen saver files probably got deleted, reinstall the screen saver.

it may be that ur computer is not able take the graphics requirment and u have not mentioned what OS u use cuz 98 and 95 are really bad for screen savers and if ur using firestorm screensaver better remove them they will damage ur comp screen and graphics

if they were working before and have stopped working now it may be because of the virus or try changing ur screensaver to something else and then try it out again

Had work done on my comp., they set it to sleep mode but ?

Now when i try to wake it,,it only flickers and goes black.. I have to shut it all down including unplugging for a few min. , then it will just so so start up.. To stop hibernate mode, you goto Control Panel and Display Properties. Click on Settings tab (at top) then click Power button. Now click Hibernate tab (at top). Uncheck the box ';Enable Hibernation';. I usually leave mine unchecked. I've always had trouble with sleep mode on all my computers. It sometimes works fine, sometimes it dont. But leaving that box unchecked it will not sleep, just stay in screen saver and then turn off the monitor at the time selected in the display properties area (under screensaver tab in display properties).Had work done on my comp., they set it to sleep mode but ?

lots and lots of screen savers will be available . But beware of the virus , 95% of the downloadable screen savers will contain Trojan,So better think twice b4 you download. My kind advice is not to install any screen savers ';especially in mobiles';. Why should you go to the problems

How do you change and art or bitmap picture into a jpg file?

hey im trying to make a picture slideshow screensaver but every picture i try to get from the net says is a jpg file but when i go to save it , its says i can only save it as an art or bitmap file wtf? i used to make these screensavers all the time but i dont know y it wont work now. i just got a computer from my inlaws (there old one) could it be just the setting on my computer or something???How do you change and art or bitmap picture into a jpg file?
Open the pic in paint and click on file-%26gt; save as-%26gt; then give another name and pull down the menu saying extension and select jpeg.

How do i stop my computer from going into standby?

When i watch movies in full screen my computer used to display the screensaver after 10 mins and i changed the delay time to 9999 minutes and that fixed it but now it goes into standby after like 45 minutes....is there a way to stop it from going into standby
